What will we study if we ask a question?
At North MacArthur, we hold strongly to the Word of God as having all the answers "pertaining to life and godliness" (2 Peter 1:3). What does this mean? No matter how messed up our lives are, God can help us through His Word to put the pieces back together and to instruct us how to live a God-like life..
What sort of environment do these studies take place in?
While we have corporate Bible studies every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, personal questions are handled in a one-on-one private setting. We have rooms set up at our building specifically to conduct these studies, but they can also be conducted at your home.
What is evangelism?
Evangelism is simply obeying the words of Christ in Matt. 28:19-20 and sharing the gospel so everyone has a chance to hear the Good News of Christ
What are some of the ways you evangelize?
We try to visit every guest we have that comes to our services through Tuesday night visitation. Each week a different team comes together to go into the community to express our thanks and to find out the spiritual needs of our guest. Why not just send notes or something less obtrusive?
We have groups that send notes thanking our guests as well. Yet, we are committed to meeting people where they live in order to learn about them in an environment that is comfortable for them, much like Christ did.
